Orlando, FL – Owning a new car may be a great experience. The smell of new interior and having stress-free maintenance while you’re under warranty can be the epitome of a great feeling of a new start for the next few years. That’s the case for 34 year old, Clint Tufflemore, who discovered something so great, he couldn’t stop sharing to his friends and family.

“It’s absolutely amazing!” he says. “I’ve owned multiple vehicles like an all black Dodge Ram, cause it’s real clutch, a Beetle, and even a Smart car. From all those vehicles, this is the first time I’ve ever seen turn signals. I mean think about it.” He looked out to the horizon as you can see the confidence and ensuring endeavor in his eyes, “You can actually let people know you’re trying to merge into a lane or turn.”

His driving records have indicated that he’s had trouble with constant fines regarding failure to use turn signals. “I’ve had problems with my insurance company as they kept rising my premium. It’s been an absolute pain in the ass.” Clint has had 74 citations over the course of 7 years.

Turn signals have been around since the 1930s, as Joseph Bell patented the first electrical device, followed by Buick who introduced it as standard in their vehicles. But with Clint, he was unaware of it even existing in the first place. “I really have no clue why, but every time I’m on the road, someone flips me the bird and are wailing on their horn. I’m real keen on getting to places as quick as I can, but I never really thought about how to let people know where I’m going.”

Chief Deputy Rod Stevens, who’s been on the force for over 22 years says, “Our biggest issues we face in public transportation is that a lot of these accidents occur between people failing to use turn signals and weaving in and out of traffic quickly.”

At publishing date, Mr Tufflemore has been ticket free since he drove his new car off the lot.
